One of the few female versions I’ve seen that portray the strength of the characters instead of being a vehicle to show Cap with a midriff or Thor with tremendous cleavage.
These are very cool.

TW: hate crimes, anti-gay violence
Last night, on the same day New Yorkers took to the streets to protest a recent slew of violence against LGBT people, three more gay men were reportedly attacked.
One was Dan Contarino, a former nightclub promoter who was brutally beaten in the East Village and had to undergo surgery as a result. Then a gay couple, ages 41 and 42, were attacked in SoHo around 5am. All the victims said they were berated with anti-gay slurs before and during the attacks.

Anonymous asked: It's everywhere, I can't even watch the Family Guy without Quagmire ordering a 'roofiecolada'. And you know what is disturbing? That after some of the black/arab/jew/gay/whatever jokes people say "ok, that was a bit too far". But after Quagmire's raped another victim? Never. Even Wikipedia states bluntly "He is also a rapist; several episodes feature gags in which he has sex with women who are unconscious," like there is nothing strange in that. Like rape is just a joke.
